A project management and service delivery professional, Sid Capps focuses on helping TSG Global provide world-class customer service through relationship development, process improvement, and increased productivity.

Capps was director of operations for Summit Telecom, an industry leader in VoIP-based technologies, where he was responsible for the growth and management of both their new and existing customer base. He was a key member of the team that developed start-to-finish solutions for business customers to help guarantee quality and maximize efficiencies.

Capps has played key account management and client service roles in several other communications enterprises including Arkadin, a global service provider of audio, web, and video conferencing solutions that purchased ConferencePlus, Inc. He has also held project management positions with Linux Island, LLC, Proficient Data Management, Inc., and IBM Global Services/Technology Service Solutions.

Trained and/or certified in sales and service management, Capps resides in Elgin, Illinois.
