Pricing

The rate card is public.

We're the carrier, so there's no middleman markup to hide — and no contracts, no commitments, no "call for pricing" theater. Carrier pass-through fees are itemized on your quote and invoice at cost, not buried in a markup.

MMS supports up to 2,000 characters per message. Volume brackets available — scoped with an expert, not a slider.

Pass-through

Carrier fees, disclosed.

Carriers charge per-message surcharges on registered traffic. Everyone pays them; not everyone shows them. We pass them through at cost — here's the table.

Surcharges differ by carrier and by sender type (10DLC vs. toll-free, SMS vs. MMS) and change on the carriers' schedule, so we don't freeze them on a web page. Your quote lists the current schedule line by line, and your invoice itemizes them — at cost, no markup.

Compliance services

The consultative part.

Registration prep, carrier argumentation, consent architecture with TNID, and quarterly rule-watch are scoped as a fixed engagement in your first conversation — you'll know the number before you say yes. Hard cases welcome; if it can't be approved, we say so in the first call.

FAQ

The questions people actually ask.

What's a "message part"?

SMS is billed in 160-character segments (GSM-7 encoding; 70 for Unicode). A 300-character message is two parts. We'll tell you how your templates segment before you send.

Why do carriers charge extra fees at all?

Carriers levy per-message surcharges on registered A2P traffic — it funds the registration ecosystem that keeps spam down. Everyone pays them. We pass them through at cost and show them next to every rate.

Do I need a contract?

No. No contracts, no commitments. Volume pricing is a bracket, not a lock-in.

What does campaign registration cost?

The Campaign Registry and carriers set per-campaign fees that vary by use case and volume, and can change on the registry's schedule. We scope the exact number for your program before anything is filed — how registration works.

Want the real numbers for your volume?
