What it is: TNID (Trusted Network ID) is a per-phone-number identity and consent record, queryable over the same API as messaging. Text Protect® is the screening layer that enforces it and carrier rules before a message leaves.
Who it's for: Senders who get asked to prove opt-in — by a carrier, an auditor, or a plaintiff's lawyer — and platforms that need consent to travel with the number across systems.

Is TNID a blockchain?

TNID grew out of our work on putting phone-number identity on a shared, tamper-evident ledger. What matters to you is the property, not the technology: a record no single party can quietly rewrite, that you can export and verify.

Does Text Protect® guarantee deliverability?

No one honest can guarantee deliverability. Text Protect® keeps you inside the rules that get messages blocked, which is the largest controllable factor.

Can I use TNID without moving my messaging to TSG?

It's included with messaging on our network; cross-carrier and enterprise deployments are scoped per program. Talk to us.

What happens when a recipient texts STOP?

The opt-out is written to the number's record and enforced on the next message across all your campaigns — automatically.

Does this replace TCPA compliance?
