Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Rates are public and pay-as-you-go; there's no term and no minimum. Rate card.

How is a call billed?

In 6-second increments at $0.006/min for origination (inbound) and $0.010/min for termination (outbound). Taxes and regulatory fees are additional and itemized.

Can I bring my existing numbers?

Yes — we port local and toll-free numbers in, and we protect them from unauthorized port-out once they're here. Numbers & porting.

Do you support toll-free RespOrg changes?

Yes. We can act as RespOrg for your toll-free numbers or coordinate with your existing one, including disaster-recovery routing.

What do I need to connect?

A SIP-capable PBX, softswitch, or platform. We provide the trunk details and help with the first call; most customers are live the same day.
