Platform

One carrier network. Every way in.

SMS, MMS, and voice on our own network — reached through a JSON API, MM4 interconnect, or the portal. Built for programs carriers scrutinize, observable down to the individual message.

What it is
A carrier-direct network for business SMS, MMS, and voice in the U.S., reached through a JSON API, MM4, or the portal — with the consent record (TNID) built in.
Who it's for
Teams whose messages carriers scrutinize — healthcare, collections, fintech, SaaS — and developers who want delivery they can observe down to a single message.
What it costs
Public pay-as-you-go rates, no contracts: 10DLC SMS from $0.004 per part, MMS $0.02, voice from $0.006 a minute. See the full rate card; registration is handled for you.

Capabilities

Everything rides the same accountable network.

Messaging

10DLC, toll-free, and short code — SMS and MMS to 2,000 characters, one-way or conversational, at millions of messages a month. Registered, screened, delivered carrier-direct.

msg parts calculated before send · GSM-7 / UCS-2 NO SURPRISE SPLITS

Voice

Origination and termination on the same no-contract terms as messaging. No commitments that lock you into our book of business — the rate keeps you, or nothing does.

orig $0.006/min · term $0.010/min · no contracts

Numbers & porting

New local and toll-free numbers, or the one on your letterhead since 2003 — we text-enable landlines and run migrations that don't drop traffic.

Wholesale & carrier services

We don't just run a network; we configure the best of every network to work for you. Routes, portfolio, and interconnects, negotiated on your side of the table.

Text Protect®

Proprietary screening and time-of-day protocols at send time — the reason a compliant program stays compliant at volume.

How it connects

Your stack to their pocket, with nobody in between.

Developers

Built by people who read the logs.

One fragment above is the whole pitch — the rest lives in the docs, where it belongs. Delivery receipts, opt-out events, and campaign status are all queryable; when something looks wrong, you can see what we see.

Sending MMS at carrier scale? We interconnect over MM4 — bring your NOC, we'll bring ours.

TNID — Trusted Network ID

The consent record that ends arguments.

Who's got your number? Every phone number carries a history of consent — who opted in, when, to what, and whether they've since said stop. TNID makes that history a verifiable record instead of a folder of screenshots.

When a carrier, an auditor, or a plaintiff's lawyer asks "show me the opt-in," the answer is an export, not an archaeology dig. And because Text Protect® reads the same record at send time, a revoked consent stops the next message — not the next campaign review.

TNID is queryable over the same API as messaging, and it's the backbone of our compliance practice on the Compliance page.
