Messaging
10DLC, toll-free, and short code SMS/MMS on our own network — registered, screened, and delivered without a middleman. RCS available for approved brands on request.
10DLC SMS & MMS
10-digit long code means sending from an ordinary local number that's been registered to your brand and campaign. It's what most programs should be on: familiar numbers, two-way replies, and the throughput carriers grant to registered senders. We file the registration as your CSP and keep it current.
160 GSM-7 characters per part (70 for Unicode); longer messages are split and billed per part — we show you how your templates segment before you send.
Up to 2,000 characters plus images, one-way or conversational. Same registration, same network.
Replies, STOP/HELP handling, and keyword routing built in; opt-outs are enforced at send time by Text Protect®.
Per-message status and carrier feedback in the API and portal — observable down to the individual message.
Toll-free messaging
Toll-free texting suits programs that want a single national number customers already recognize, with a lighter verification process than 10DLC campaign vetting. We handle the verification and the number is text- and voice-enabled together.
Toll-free numbers must be verified before high-volume texting; we prepare and submit it.
Pair it with toll-free voice so the number on your letterhead does both.
SMS $0.006 in or out, MMS $0.02 — no separate campaign fees.
Short codes
Short codes carry the highest throughput and the strongest brand recognition, at the cost of a lease and a longer carrier approval. They make sense for very high volume or marketing programs where the code itself is the brand. We manage the lease, the carrier provisioning, and the compliance.
Random or chosen codes, leased per program; we run the application and carrier onboarding.
Built for bursts — alerts, promotions, and votes that land in seconds, not queues.
Lease and per-message rates are quoted for your volume rather than published — ask for the numbers.
RCS
RCS Business Messaging adds branding, verified-sender badges, rich cards, and suggested replies to the conversation. Availability depends on carrier and handset support and on brand approval. We onboard approved brands through our carrier connections — tell us what you're sending and we'll say honestly whether RCS, SMS, or both is the right lane today.
Your name and logo on the thread, not a bare number.
Images, carousels, and tap-to-reply — with SMS fallback for handsets that can't.
RCS is provisioned per brand rather than self-serve; we scope it with you.
FAQ
10DLC sends from a registered local number and suits most programs; toll-free uses one national number with a simpler verification; short codes are leased five- or six-digit numbers for the highest volume and brand recognition. The honest comparison.
